I kinda liked the new iPhone - seemed to address a lot of the shortcomings of the old version. Of course, the antenna thing is still a problem, so I won't buy one til they fix that - but once that's taken care of, I'd happily buy one.

Trust, maybe? I know there's some sort of legal precedent regarding them locking down iPhones to app store only apps, just can't remember what it's called for the life of me.....and I'm far too lazy to look it up.

i think palm had their phone made compatible with itunes (faked to show that its iphone/ipod) but court decided that was illegal.
