this set,as a techer ( net set predicted) i first use 11% builings cost then only hit expense bonus. so i have 11 buildings cost and 12% expense right now.

I'd use...
B/C as a techer then expenses on main country or turns on other countrys
B/C as oiler then booms after I stop building
R/D or B/C (depending what the end goal is) as casher or farmer then booms
Luck then defenses on any war built country


Never used PM units, I don't really know if it has a good purpose for being in the game lol Maybe someone has??

I always go for decay and corruption so that by time food market spikes, I can still afford to run turns with 50 billion cash on hand lol also works well for techer if the food market is ultra high, like this set, without having to drop hundred of billion of dollars on expensive food jut to balance running turns after sales
