It's in the first post and the topic and more or less every post of value in this thread. You're welcome.

Tmacs "valueless" post was addressing the notion that griefers exist on multitiple servers, and sometimes they admit to grieving, while others, like SF, deny griefing and pretend they are doing a service by encouraging "low D n00bs" to buy defense. So 5 or 10 landgrabs is a good way to teach them the importance of big D. The end of tmacs post clarifies that the thread itself was concerning collusion, which at least in this occurrence, did not appear to involve griefing behavior.

You're doing great at hushing the critiques gerd, we can only complain about each other. If valid concerns arise about selective or simply no active game moderation, well that's hate speech and should be pruned. Part of the thread you're moderating is concerning how there are inconsistencies or too little too late actions taken by mods. In this instance the colluding countries weren't purpled until about 30 minutes were left in the set, after all damage was done, mostly because the mods were spotlighted and had no choice.

First off; the cheaters were not reported in game which means mods did not know which countries were being accused of cheating nor what they supposedly did and to whom. When people cheat they need to be reported.
Secondly, the deletions happened within ~6 hours of this thread being created which even if they were reported would be acceptable.

There may be times when active game moderation has been lacking but this is isn't it. This is a case of mods doing more than could be expected of them and the take-away here is that you need to report cheaters in-game.

You seem to be very confused about the rules, so I will link them for you here;

If you find someone breaking these rules please report it in-game. kthx bai
