Word on the street is that the new rule changes will be implemented this upcoming set. Confirmed?

They will be announced before they're implemented; I'm not sure they're 100% finished yet, but I'll let slag confirm that one way or the other.

Just found out this morning that the GDI wasn't implemented, I fail the last 2 resets (thanks to 1 asshat suicider).

Can you at least make a couple of the easy changes: max turns/stored turns and min ally time--especially min ally time!!!
