Against sharing spy ops? Back in the day, I don't recall such a thing but Express wasn't around in those days, either.

back in the day in-game coordination between allies was always allowed. But I've been away for 7 years, so I'm not sure what the rules are these days.

I don't see anything wrong with it - I share info w/ my allies all the time.

If you're posting it on your Alliance, FFA, or Team clan site under the thread title "Hey, kill this guy!" it's a little different...but otherwise, I don't see an issue with it.
