Last set I asked for tech allies in express. NOW3P, president of LaE last I checked, sent me an offer. I accepted. He played a techer for a while, but tech prices sucked. So he messaged me saying that he was going to switch to another strategy soon. That was fine. I let him leech tech. He was honest and upfront about it.

Fast forward to this set. Again, I ask for tech allies in express. Gregg wants to ally with me. I figure that I'll give him a second chance. Everyone deserves a second chance, right? He had a lot of tech when he sent the research pact, but I never received any tech from him. I spied him. He wasn't a techer. Now he is stealing tech from me while cowardly hiding behind the research pact.
