On your main menu, at the bottom there is a clickable link that says "Report Cheaters". You also know how to send me message.
Please don't say it is an unmoderated server if you don't know how to report.

Unless theres something Im missing its a bit of a stretch to say specifically those two are colluding with each others.

A doubletaps B. +C suicides A. = C and B are cheating.

Thats what we are saying right? There could be ops, there could be messages, it could be random douchery.

Since collusion would be the rule they are suggested to have broken there has to be some inkling of evidence that B and C collaborated. It could be that they did this before, know each others from before, there are messages, there are spy ops from one followed by attacks from the other or similar.

Because to me it looks like B is just an innocent player who got doubletapped and his aggressor is now in heavy DR. :/

Yeah collusion is cheating. Hitting someone on your own is not.
