Add bots.... That grab and retal along with adding Gerdy McTurdy's sug of acres gained affected by sending a % of troops and tanks. Try new things on team again I promise no one will quit if there is bugs ;)

Seems like it's not only I who think team server is messed up. I am not sure it would be the best thing to add bots, but I can't really imagine it gets much worse.

I was under the premise that it was intended to be a clan based server, where every clan can only have 5 tagged members for the duration of the set.

Even in its infancy the server had several 5 man tags that were essentially 1 huge tag.

The server in its current state might be close to the way its suppose to function due to the decrease in created countries. Tags do act more independently.

For team server to run as an actual 5 man tag server where all tags run independently there must be some changes.

Like countries once killed can't restart during the remaining duration of the set or bring back original restarting to make 5 man warfare more realistic. Not that everyone wants to war.

I really don't have any "good" examples outside of what I just posted.

There use to be a "spirt of the server" where others posted what they thought team should be but that post seems to be gone.

well not even devs might not fully know what was intended and rule changes like co-operation between teams not allowed (to prevent gangbangs against 1 team) and then allowed (doesn't matter that much nowadays since teams don't have players enuf for 2 tags) and killing w/o provocation wasn't allowed at some point (that was dropped and "some" players/teams saw suiciders everywhere and killed all untaggeds and 1 man tags which they saw as a threat (FFA had similar period too).

The problem is they ran off Tela who enforced 1v1 clans. The server now functions 2v1, 3v1 (clans). It may as well be ALLIANCE with poor participation.

yea except zz top is only with enuf members for 2 tags.

ZZ operates as one police clan and one netting clan. It’s apple and oranges. What I’m talking about is two war clans attacking one clan.

Based on the server's own historical precedent, that is a false distinction.

That was a really nice example, Viceroy. Since I came to team server I have seen exactly that issue as you bring up. War tags killing netting tags over and over again.

I have yet to see a war between two war tags after playing the server for about a year, yet I see war tags either straight up suiciding or FSing netting tags something like 90% of the resets. Apparently this has been going on since 2015. Interesting.

Dude there's like 4 war tags...

gerdler must be blind since he hasn't seen wars between teams, elders has warred against nearly all and cwg has been either starting side or at receiving end.
