medi tech is rarely used other than market manipulation because, well quite frankly it's nearly useless.

medi tech should help on attacks as well as defends - currently just defends.
medi tech should also help in the building/tech loss on defends

Yeah I been toying with diff ideas to make med tech more than circumstantially useful. It is not useless tho. for a waller it is absolutely essential, it increases the oil/troop consumption on killing a waller or a lemming target by about as much as weapons tech does, but with fewer tech points.

The issue with this tech is that if you increase its power in the wrong way it will further diverge netters from warrers so its just another hinderance for switching from a netting stance to a war stance if plans change. A change should make it useful for netters, at least in tiny amounts, such as lower losses on outgoing hits. That way it has use in peacetime AND wartime, like MStrat and weapons tech, which is very good.

It could help with military loss for attacking and possibly capture more buildings on grabs as oppose to destroying them.
