I propose to allow premium members to be allowed to dec war on 2 countries at once. Some countries are able to take on numerous opponents at the same time. I know I could personally take on three tier 10 countries at the same time.

also id pay just to skip captchas because it always seems to take me 10 tries before it lets me in
