Also, it may have been a few years for ya sui, but kenzo got gentrified as fluff. Fishtown and all that crap is all like the nicest part of town to live now. All the moms pushing baby strollers up there. And like $1500/mo rent per bedroom. It's like all brand new and very expensive. You gotta go East or North to hit a ghetto now.

Maybe go with east kenzo or Allegheny...

Haha I've never been in that part of town. Southwest hoods are probably better jokes, but for the record, Point Breeze and West Passyunk are also extremely nice and gentrified now too. I'd rather live in either of those than even queen village now because everything is brand new there too. Its gotta be all the way out to like 48th and Baltimore before it really gets bad down here.
