Believe it or not, kiddo, you aren't the only suicider in the game. The methods for dealing with it remain the same.

According to some nw change based research I did last night, #3 has stolen a lot of tech prior to suiciding. Trade pacts appear to have been used, and defensive pacts will be used more. At some point that has to be considered aiding a known griefer.
