I have experienced DNS lookup errors at times for earthempires.com on my banned static IP provided by Comcast. Comcast probably just decided that they would make more money by providing that bandwidth to somebody who was willing and able to pay them more money than me.

eestats works fine. CODS is functioning within its parameters.
