Feel that earthquake early this morning? I felt it in Ecuador, read reports online of it originating in Peru and it was felt through Colombia and Brazil as well. The first earthquake I've ever felt.

Yes that has potential for mega disaster status, I have a friend that took a major in geology at one of the Washington's University and got a chance to study Mt Ranier up close and personal, he described it as an egg, it's got an outer shell that is composed of rock but inside is millions of years of decaying rock and soil, one big earthquake can cause it to crack open and in seconds cover the entire Puget sound with tens of feet of new land, they believe it was how that sound was formed millions of years ago.

New Madrid fault line here... if it gets 8.0 or greater, could empty Great Lakes into center of US, and all flat in Indiana. Last big one made Ohio River run backwards.
And then there is Yellowstone... all seems doomsday blah to me.
Oh, and they all seem due to happen about now too.
