I tried to join a clan and it says Valid Email needed and it's the only one I use ? Would it have something to do with ghqnet ?

GHQ is a 3rd party site. It is not connected directly to the backend of earth empires.

Since its a separate site, you need to apply to the clans sub site to make an account on there forums, and that is why its asking for email, username, etc. GHQ and EE accounts are separate.

And of course, the clan needs to accept you first in GHQ before you get access.
