being able to sit and wait 40% of the game without penalty is dumb. You really think it's a good idea to let a person be able to spend spend more than 1k turns in a day in a 5 day game? That's over half the game in one day!!
That beats the whole purpose of express. It's supposed to be a fast paced game, not a simulator.

i actually think you should have only 270 turns and no stores. If you can't log in at least 2x a day then you shouldn't play express. This prevents boring people who stay low and stores 360(360) then use it all in the last 24 hours to take the win. That playing style is dumb and it really kills the game. I can deal with stockpiling money, bushels,etc.. but turns shouldn't be stockpiled.

The double tapping retal policy is ok. But i think it's your fault if someone can double tap you. Most people play high D. The only people that get double tapped are sucky people on the bottom list. i agree dict techer is really dumb. you start too slow to catch up. Farmer is definitely the best. Casher is great if prices are right but i think the stocking republic or theo will end up beating you in nw.

Dict could win express if it had another day of game time. The bpt penalty is hard to overcome in such a short game. Theos are much better suited for express especially now with the new GDI and free GDI bonus. No more worries about missiles. If you're going for MBR then GDI costs means nothing.

when i was 162 i came in with only like 24 hours to play. I haven't played since the mehul patel days. They abandoned earth and only work on utopia so i just quit. The game hasn't changed much besides the new fascist bonuses and commie gets +35% instead of 25%.
One noticeable difference i see is there is a lot less cheaters and multies but there's also a lot less players.

Well i'm telling you i'm not any of those people. I gain nothing from lying to you. My alliance with him lasted a whopping 24 hours. Then later that day after i canceled i saw that he got hit and sanked.

i'm not worried. i just let it go and i end up better than him. I could've taken him down if i wanted to but there's not point. I want everyone to do good.

i was only offensive ally with him for a day and i canceled asap because he made a massive amounts of attacks and never leave his jets to help me because he ss and then ps all of them. Then he logs in every 2 hours to do it again. I made it sound like he was a techer but he wasn't so he gained a ton of tech from me but i got nothing.

im not confirming or denying. But I'll give you a hint. I have received a few failed spy ops from #10. You won't guess which country is mine
