The DR difference should be minimal, I have adjusted polling for ranks updates down to every 5 minutes now. I have also factored in special and missiles attacks and defends. And some other stuff.

I have also added a negative dr on the details page when a country makes an attack while in dr until the dr for that country resets to 0.

Basically, you have major inconsistencies in how the DR values are calculated and displayed on different pages.

- the dr shown in the country list page isn't derived on the fly. it gets updated every ten minutes depending on whether the request for ranks update is successful or not. because there are times that the request gets throttled.

the dr shown on each country details view page (the one inside the blue box), on the other hand, is calculated on the fly, and gets updated every minute at the same rate the news gets updated. so it's more _accurate_ in that sense.

but hmmm. i'll try something in a while and see difference in load times...

no problem, i'm glad i could contribute to the game and to the community in a small way.

about the country number, i suppose it would be better to place it closer to the country name as possible

as with the attack time drop down, it is coming from the alliance server use-case, where in most of the time you'd want to see first if you've been hit the last 72 hours so you know you have pending retal/s to take. i'll wait for some more feedback before doing any change to the default time :)

i temporarily removed the countries that are dead, deleted and still in protection. messes up the sorting. i'll put them back in as an option tho, in just a while.

Just this evening, I got through on my first spy op attempt on a country with 700k-900k at 9k acres. This country is also a dict with spy tech. Two tries to get his allies spy as well.

Funny is, I have been losing about 50k-100k spies a day to countries with 300k or less spies.

Agrees with Serp. Have that kind of mentality different from Alliance, that is, treat each out-going non-special attack as a grab and leave the players handle it whatever suits them. That makes the server less predictable.

You can get suicided by countries you double tap even if you are in GDI.
Suicided here means a country can AB, BR, GS, Missile, or do any harmful ops against you.
So it's not against any game rules, per se. If you are netgaining then you just have to avoid that.

TPA Retal Policy for Unpacted/Untag Clans/Countries

1. 48 hr retal window from the time of the hit.
2. Topfeed is defined as hitting a country that has 125% of your land prior to the hit.
3. Topfeed will be retalled 150%.
4. Escalating retals or 80% land:land, whichever is greater, for normal grabs.
5. Anything not mentioned above involves FA contact.
