2 tags with different retal policies.
1 tag with the normal policing
2nd tag with retals ingoing/outgoing only between the two involved countries from separate tags. What is interesting is it would be up to the alliances to enforce this (in what ever way they see fit), if the defending alliance tries to have another country do the retal for the defending country not honoring the 2 different tag policies(war!)
however the 1st tag with normal retal policing has the 2nd tag available to cover retals, but not vice versa.
of course details would need to worked out but I wonder what everyone else thinks of this.
+challenge to those who would be willing to join the new tags.
+landgrabs increased
+market purchases for military
+Less farming of spam tags or no tags,
+Less worry about an all jetter hidden in the tag you're planning to hit
