I'd prefer that there be stiffer penalties to actually change the behavior. Imagine if NFL imposed a no hitting the QB in the head rule, but only fined you $500 each hit and did not give you any kind of in game penalty for it?

Auto- Balls and Strikes for offenses would be a step in the right direction. Stepping out of the batters box and getting an automatic strike, that would cause you to think twice. A pitcher getting an auto Ball for wasting time...

The new rules are only fines for offenders, of about 500 bucks. This won't do much to change the game right away, MLB is fluff footing around.

Things that need to be fixed.

-Batters stepping out after every pitch to adjust their gear.
-Pitchers walking around the mound and taking forever
-Ump not giving Time whenever it is asked for.

This game needs to be sped up, needs to be done in 2-2 1/2 hours. 4 Hour games are stupid crazy.

that is what total NW and Average NW is for.

If you want the individual award of the top netter , it should be based on your own personal merits. Otherwise why do we care ? Just say congrats to the clan instead of the player.

En4cer had the best country before he got suicided on. And I have no issues with FA to help restore what he should have had.

Only suspect thing to me is tech allies as a farmer. I had to grab them also just to match. And I got mine way later.

Techers allying eachother is a mutually beneficial , farmer allying a techer is not.

It's not cheating , but I think it should be frowned upon between the top end netters who are battling for #1.

Why not rename "Tech Allies" to "Resource Allies" and allow everyone to leach of eachother. I farmer's "Resource" allies would get a similar % of bushels that a Tech Ally might offer? Same with Casher, Indy, Oiler etc...

Techers allying Techers is a mutually beneficial thing, it is a one sided street when a Farmer allies a Techer.

I am not saying that you shouldn't be re-paid if you get suicided on, I am all for alliances banding together, recognizing one of their own's misfortunes and help correcting a suicide.

I personally don't like the Tech Allies route, or Market Buyouts, or FAing. It is an individual award, TNW and AVNW are a measure of the alliance aa whole. I don't see pulling off FAing someone into the top spot as any kind of individual skill.

With that being said, I know that En4cer and AZN had better countries than me this set, I wouldn't have caught either had I not been hit during my destock. I probably woulda finished 3rd overall(compared to 6th)

How about you put this in the GDI description as part of one of the drawbacks of joining GDI. Insteading finding out when one of your land trades gets screwed up. And Put it in the Wiki under the GDI part.

There is the Dog Fighting Module available, the Hanger Module available. So basically you can walk around your ships, and go into the Dog Fighting Module and battle it out on some skirmishes. About 15 ships available right now in the Dog Fighting Module.

My kids play on my lawn all the time. Soccer, tag etc... I like to chip around and hit some golfballs too.

Alot depends on your land size, for instance a Theo on 70k acres with the correct military tech can buy out $8b a day on on the private market. ~36m nw

Probaly each 10k acres = 1.15b cash a day and 5.15m nw. Probably can easily calc up what people have left they can buy up to within reason based on their land.

Cheat - act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination.

Cheat doesn't always mean you are breaking the rules, it can mean you are gaining an unfair advantage. Getting Market aid or FA to improve your individual Netting ranking, seems like cheating to me.

But whatever helps you sleep at night...

FA and Market Aid are both frowned upon, cheapens a finish.

Why are you guys going through so much trouble with getting good netting countries to then just throw it away by getting some type of aid?

Atleast I know my finish will be legit, I prefer it that way. If I don't get #1 because I wasn't willing to cheat, then so be it.
