Scratch that, I just tried again and realized that it just won't let me select to sell with countries with 0 turns. Computers are so much smarter than me...

Sometimes when I 'Select All' to sell something, it only selects one country and wont let me select the others. It has some kind of autosave with what I select and deselect, so I'm guessing that's related.

All in all the new header bulk options are kickass

Not counting same tag kills would just encourage cherry pickers to remain untagged, like synoder's 'tootsie' country did when it was picking our runs (Don't have anything against the act, just pointing out loopholes). I don't see the point in putting much weight in these numbers to be honest. Like Twain said.. it's a team effort, and these kinds of kills only waste your own turns and resources.
