they prob are, but looking up my home address, my phone number, my family on fb....its a bit over the line and they claim they filed a report so im going to legal to see if they did or not, im almost positive they didnt, but im gonna protect myself first...and no i have no idea who "she" is, i just got emails and there spamming my inbox with messages making threats and saying pay the money or else...which even if they did make a report, i have enough bs to back myself up with...not to mention my computer is dead and gone (its not a good idea to drop it four floors) so idk how they intend to prove anything, i aint sending any amount of money, just dont want any charges to come as a sexual predator, cause even if proven innocent, that sticks with u and ruins everything im going for

so here for the past couple days ive been getting messages claiming i (being 20 years old) hit on a 15 year saying id send graphic images... i did not do this but to keep them from reporting it to police/to friends via facebook they said to send $500 via western union and id never hear about it again... so my question is, do i have a case here to clear my name (if they report it) and sue them for extortion? i kept all the messages and am thinking about seeking legal help tomorrow to at least keep my name cleared..they claim they already reported it to the police and gave me a police report # and that if i sent the money now theyd call again and say they mislead them...so my thing is whats the best course of action?

yeah how dare they have the freedom to worship and believe in what way they want..why cant they be like all other religions...

itd be great if u knew the difference....auto insurance is only required of people that drive/own vehicles...there isnt a law stating that u have to have a car, if u decided not to have one u wouldnt have to have the insurance....

now making me buy insurance bc im alive and a citizen of the US? thats what goes against our freedoms...but thanks keep trying

my main problem is everyone HAS to have it, yes i understand all the bs that goes along with how people going to the ER without it still have to be seen blah blah blah, bu forcing people to have something goes against what the US "stands" for, freedom, forcing people to have health care goes against the basic freedoms, not to mention the size of the govt is getting ridiculous, forget about the budget deficits and everything, et out of the complicated bs that people will always debate but noone can predict bc it is the future...its a basic right that would be broken, and that should be the main reason it is changed

whats the point of having allies if defending them is against the rules? anything discussed outside of ingame messaging can be done ingame...its rly not that difficult, i could see if like a whole clan came to primary and they ran AS a clan, but defending your allies ingame is not cheating in any way...every single person that plays has the same opportunity to do this, even if there new the whole messaging a da, oa etc...and working it out in that aspect is still very conceivable even to the newest of players...

lack of care for the game by the owner/creators...and then jolt took it and it got worse..basically an aging game never changed, cheating was not condoned but more common than hiv...now hopefully the new life in the leadership can bring ack the game...

and we will, my point is with a policy that potentially can effect the armed forces, its ridiculous that the lives it effects has little to no say, its not like we wont serve with them, but switching a policy like this in a time of war and high stress for ALL of the military COULD have negative effects, so why not find out what the people who actually serve right now, are thinking/feeling about this topic? thats my whole point, quit trying to put ur own retarded spin on it

roughly 2 to 3% of the US has seen combat (its a rough guesstimation), and under 10% of the US has served (again a very rough number)

draft was abandoned in the 70's i believe, and u cant compare talking to someone about there experiences and actually being there and experiencing combat/military life in general

"i hate the fact that civilians and politicians get to decide the military policies but not much i can do about that(i mean u dnt understand the lifestyle so stay out of it)"

yup clearly stated to u..again read the whole damn thing

and how do u know this? so any civilian understands the military life? yeah clearly they go over seas and all

BigRedDog

well Dibs congrats on not showing ur ignorance...

since aparently ur every single politician there ever was...

".i hate the fact that civilians and politicians get to decide the military policies but not much i can do about that"

see that? did i tell u to ever shut up? no, my point is any citizen can decide our policies without ever serving (and yes that groups politicians..commander in chief, never served, one major example of my point), and that in order for this policy change to be decided you would think all of the military and there opinion would matter more than it does...so please stfu....

"what i hate is the fact that only gays are required to have to tell the truth before they sign the contract. i served with pedophiles, rapists, drunks and whores, why aren't they required to tell the truth before they sign the contract?"

and they r, ever heard of "fraudulent enlistment"? especially for rapists pedo's and such, yeah if they r found out they get arrested, charged, etc....

"in other words, you can't tell me to shut up and mind my own business because i'm a veteran, dumbass. plus i spell a bit better than you."

where the hell did i say those words? NEVER, quit being a fluffing idiot and read what was said and don't think every post i make is directed at YOU..all i was doing was having a conversation and you got your little feelings hurt for what ever fluffing reason, so please stfu and only speak when u ACTUALLY read and understand what was said... thanks

i live in the beqs, theres roughly 400 other rooms here, we all have aces to beqs internet, (we pay like 10$ a month for it) its all accessible for anyone here, if lets say i play a country and the peopole next door play and we both use the same router and such for our country is that gonna cause a problem? idk how all that crap works just checking, and i know u can get safelisted or w/e but theres no wayi can get info of other people when i have no idea who they are (i mean 800 people live here) just wondering thanks

ur right which is why no matter what we have to do whatever the politicians decide is right..i hate the fact that civilians and politicians get to decide the military policies but not much i can do about that(i mean u dnt understandthe lifestyle so stay out of it) the thing thats funny to me is people sign a contract that says i am not gay OR that you wont be OPENLY gay...honestly the military could care less about what u do in ur bedroom unless u put it out in the open...people signed the contract, broke there contract...and now want that changed bc they couldnt followwhat THEY agreed to?

a big thing at least to people in the BEQs is that we live 2 to a room, now males and females cannot be roomed together, so allowing gays (cause there not here now -_-) to be in means every single person is to be roomed by themselves, its just alot more in depth then alot of people realize, not to mention the whole morale thing

for the military issue, id like to know who they asked and what there jobs are..did any of the people i know get asked? no, did i get asked? no.. of those asked, grunts (aka front line rifleman) were 60% against repealing the law in the middle of war, so before u say we're all for it, for one get the whole story and secondly, remember they didnt even come close to asking the majority (u do realize and im just guessing, of those asked, how many were enlisted pvts pfc's etc., how many have to live in a room with another guy in there? im just guessing they asked higher rankiing enlisted and officers, maybe not all but im guessing the majority was)
