The investigation as to the increased number of Suiciders/Griefers in EE Alliance has been completed.
To summarize, the marked increase of suiciders/griefers is directly correlated to LAF's 200% retal policy as well as individual snowflakes attempting to dictate how alliances should play this "Game".

That policy was implemented after 3 sets of war started by a massive onslaught of topfeeds that was continuing also into that 4th set.

I understand the reasoning behind this policy, but perhaps it could be cut back some for obvious accidents that happen, say 100-150% plus FA or something. I paid per policy on my accident a few sets back, but considered it excessive, none the less. If I had not carried my past, I'd have been WTF about it.

The policy is there to discourage targeted forced landtrading so in 90% of the cases we dont enforce it. But when it comes to people that have a history with us its almost guaranteed.

It's like Derrick wanting to use 1:kill retal policy on FFA, sure he can, he'd just find himself tag killed soon thereafter. tldr loc sucks

No we will always accept retals. Its the only thing we do accept. You are not allowed to leave protection, but you are allowed to retal. How you make that happen is not for us to say.

According the the announcement post, yes.

He did turn it back on last set due to some compaints about a mid set change that would impact a planned war.
