Q: "What constitutes being a casher?"
A: It means being a casher is your primary strat. There isn't a hard and fast rule for this, and nobody is being appointed as the neutral judge, but are you really winning the challenge if you aren't following the spirit of it? If you absolutely demand guidance, here's some: you can do whatever you want for the first 250 turns, but if you aren't more than ~65% ent/res after that (and probably higher if you really want a pure win), then you probably aren't challenging yourself properly.
