i guess its not true,

In Lebanon, men are legally allowed to have sex with animals, but the animals must be female. Having sexual relations with a male animal is punishable by death.

yepp, it's a joke from a skit on saturday night live where will farrell plays alex trebeck and a score of other people [guests and regulars alike] play people from pop culture- a few i can remember off the top of my head are norm mcdonald playing burt reynolds (or turd furgeson, as he preferred :P), jimmy fallon as a rather poor french stewart and darrel hammond as sean connery.

this above line is farrell as trebeck and hammond as connery.

i can only suggest watching any of the videos you can find, they are comic gold! :P
