I did end up running landfarms for everyone that asked me, and thought I had settled this matter in the best way possible, and had cleared things up with all the FA's that I talked to. Since this was 3 years ago at this point, I had thought this matter settled.

I honestly expected the mods to rollback the server when I did what I did. I therefore personally went out of my way to try to make things right with everyone. What I did was when what they later claimed a 'bug' was introduced. When bugs affect gameplay drastically, things should be rolled back to the point in time before the bug was introduced. That did not happen however, so I tried to make good on it, and I did with everyone I talked to. If you weren't involved back then, or you never asked me for reps, complaining now is kinda a little too late. That was in 2011...

He waited 3 weeks to make any hits and didn't contact us at all. He also retalled the original hit (yes it was only one hit) for 400% a return on his land, so any leader looking at it would have seen the original retal and moved on.

It depends on the context of the situation. If an established clan with a history of being reasonable in FA had done something like that we certainly would have contacted them. Given the amount of leeway and efforts we went to contacting llaar over things in the past it seems like he could have done the same. He decided he was bored and wanted to have some fun instead.

There was no intent to two step there.. Just the expiration of the retal window by waiting too long. You can't just retal by killing long after the retal window expires

you can do whatever the fluff you want when you are a solo tag, and if you are dumb enough, as a clan, to fluff with a solo tag run by a competent player, well that is your fault. it is that simple.

so no... your member didn't even wait for me to retal, and instead reverse two stepped and two stepped me. being a 1 member tag means i needed a lot of missiles to make my point, so i started prepping and attacked the guy who did this. no one else in the tag. i posted that i would stop there and i did. being a 1 member tag means i can't just flip around and FS someone within 72 hours of an ingame offense, i'm sorry but thats unreasonable expectation. i've been killed multiple times here by untags or 1 man tags who i hit 1 month prior. thats the prerogative of the player.

Well that is a lie, I've killed Pandora and TLV countries since before they merged and 10 years after they merged, and it almost never was answered back with anything but whining and begging me to stop.

Those of you backing CC/llaar on this one, I understand that you may just be trying to back an ally. It's also possible that you are sympathetic because as we've openly admitted, our guy WAS wrong in two-stepping.

But I think deep down, all of you know that if some small tag, even run by a veteran player like llaar, decided to start killing countries in your tag without FA contact, you wouldn't tolerate it. And this is especially egregious considering PAN currently has leadership that will do whatever they can to make things right when contacted.
