Why so long in between express resets?

Because it runs once a week ....

would a server where you could practice your express country startups etc inside a fishbowl be appealing as some sort of patron-type service?

then you can take the day off to test new strats you may want to run when Express starts back up :)

I think that would be a stellar service all around! Perhaps make a server where countries have no interaction, but you can simulate the first 500 turns or so?

2 days off is enuf for us to get some rest and study our next strat.

I would pay for a service that allowed me to solo play country strats.
