Any particular reason his restart MacDaddy (#117) looks like his country died and was not deleted? It seems to have gotten the "you found all this free junk in the ruins of your old country" perks. That shouldn't happen if a country is deleted. The time of #117's first update comes very soon after the deletion of the multis.
