How does a Max of 200 Indy sound?

I think a number works better at start, but later on a something like no more than 5% of land might be better? 200 Indies is gonna leave you very vulnerable imho.

I was going to tech start too, wouldn't make my casher any less of a casher later on, but if everyone is saying no then I'll go with cash startup.

5% ICs seem a bit low to be honest... I think as long as your most major 2 buildings are entZ and Res you are a casher.

Too many ICs will cost you more than the benefits of spy production, it'll be interesting to find a good balance, I'm planning to keep it low and buy tech to help the spal.

I agree with OP its about "the spirit of the rules" - so to speak :) yeah 5% was prolly bit low thinking about it

I think so long as any experienced player would look at your adviser page and go "why is that n00b running a tyranny casher" then you got it nailed. I'll basically be running my normal casher but with tyranny govt.

Good call on the first 250 turns rule Player Z. Seems about right for getting out of your startup and into the swing of casher.

The best way imo to is to make the rule that you are tyr from turn 1 and the best way to ensure everyone does that is that they switch tyranny and then wait 5-10 minutes before taking another action. that way eestats will update their govt change and you will have proof that you switched before taking a turn.

II think any rule that we can control adherence to without spy ops is a good one imo so I'd be for this.

That won't work, no way you can protect your land if you grab like crazy - production is virtually half what you get as rep or Theo casher - feel free to try for yourself and you too can share in that "WTF is up with my country" feeling.
