Would it be worthwhile to consider a spy op confirmation screen like the war one?

I don't know about others, but whenever I'm on my laptop or on a smart phone (finally got one of those... woo? :p) I tend to screw up entering the spyop number and bouncing ops or hitting wrong targets.

Would a confirmation screen be useful to help stop this?
Should it be on by default but able to be turned off? (for power users who don't want it)

seems like people would be pretty divided on this (Me I'd prefer not to have to click confirm each time). If you put it on for default but can turn it off tho like you suggest I don't see how anyone would mind=)

Would definitely like it - can't even tell you how many times I've caught myself from nearly demoing/CDing/SRing a person accidentally because I've made a typo in the # - or how many times I' haven't caught it :-(
