The gist is that when cashing when close to 2B, your money doesn't get correctly added.

It works like that for legacy compatibility reasons. The $2B limit is applied after income but before expenses. In a few days it won't be an issue on any server.

This is implemented this way on purpose, to emulate E2025 as close as possible initially.
