now that each player can strategically place goods on the market for anywhere between 2 and 30 hours, i suggest that the recall goods button/feature be removed.

I feel that the need for it no longer exists... And without it, players will be forced to price goods more strategically. having that button AND being able to pick how long the goods are on the market makes the game itself too easy.

I hope other avid express players agree with me!

Removing the button would result in no one listing any goods during the last 3 hours of each set.

list earlier to come back before finish if no sell?

And, i would still list goods. i never use return goods button in last few hours. just set good, sellable prices.

i agree with removing the recall button

the purpose of some of the new market rules is to make it possible to hide stock from predators
while i disagree with that purpose i think there ought to be some small window where the stock is vulnerable. with the recall button the stock can be held inviolate at the expense of only three turns

yeah, i think everybody's retirement money should be sent to them when they're 64, so it's easier and more profitable for the crooks to get a portion of it.

u broke 1k posts dibs!!

Also, i agree with the sarcasm in your post. i dont think removing the button will have any real effect on stockpile 'hiding'. i never use it to recal stock. i just schedule it to come back when i can be online and replace it until a good time for destock.

i don't think the recall goods button is used as often as you think to reprice goods

we could always collect some stats on it though
Finally did the signature thing.

I typically use it at least once near the end of the set to get everything back at once to make my final jump. It's very useful in that context. Otherwise, I wouldn't miss it too much.

Although it would really suck if you made a typo (e.g. 20 instead of 2) in the numbers of hours on market when stocking that caused your stock to stay on the market past the end of the set. I could see myself doing that lol
