When are yall gunna fix the Express server to where you cant kill/maim in the first 2 days,delete country, and restart with full turns?

Oh,i don't know...I had a dood whack me and self delete,perhaps he got that nice surprise.

ya, I was under the impression that this was rolled out a few rounds ago

if it isn't actually in yet, please let us know. It should be :p

we recognized that it is a problem and looked to curb it

it has been in for at least 2 months, heh. maybe 3. *shrug* it's a bit annoying if you start a new country mid-set and have to start with 50 turns and 310 or whatever stored.

Yeah, maybe have it so that if you've played a country more than a week or two, you get full turns or something...
