I'm experiencing a couple of different issues:

1. Attempts to login to the mobile site are failing. I enter the correct user / pass, but when clicking through it appears to just refresh the site. I'm running Chrome App on Android. Everything is updated. Cookies are enabled. I've also tried using the Samsung Internet App and I get the same results.

2. On web, going to pages will bring up what seems to be a cached (and outdated) Explore or Build or Purchases page. I have to manually refresh to get the right numbers. Again, using all updated Chrome browser with Cookies enabled on a Mac.

Any guidance?

Download Dolphin browser, best I've found for EE. Just NEVER let it save any input data >.<

2. check browser settings to see if browser is giving you cached page or non-cached page.

If it is just refreshing the site, then it's likely your phone is bouncing between wifi and regular service. Whenever you switch between the two your IP changes which makes your ee cookie invalid. Which requires re-authentication.
