I'm not 100% sure, but there is a mechanic that when a new turn is allocated to your country it checks if you have > max turns and if so, adds it to the stored turns.

Yes, you can have more than the max # of turns on hand but as soon as you "tick" past another turn allocation for your country the turn caps are re-enforced.

If you're over max turns, you'll be capped at max turns and the overflow will be added to your stored turns. If your stored turns also overflow, that will be capped as well and additional turns lost.

I think what marshal is saying he used bonus from control panel to turns and was 120 turns and instead of going to 124 his bonus point turns went to stored turns, dunno where he is getting 6 from, if you have 126 in your country from login its there until tick but control panel will show the 6 in stored and not on hand.

i used 12 points so if i had used points in country i'd have had 132 turns.

I never use bonus points to turns when counter is full, I play turns to make room first, if I want to store up bonus points for 1 final last batch explore I use the points in the country not on control panel.
