let people manage things more ingame as opposed to outside the game.. so many players dont login to clan sites before playing turns

tag admins should be able to have a message, MMR requirements, and kill targets, posted in game for their clanmates, for the first page you see before even seeing your country. (like where the 'you got 6 turns' message is)

that would really tie together players and their clans in game i think

FS dates, turnsaving, etc could therefore be annouced much easier, without players playing their country first and not seeing the message on an outside clan site
