Quotes are now hyperlinked to the posts they quote. If a post was edited after it was quoted, it will be linked to the latest version of the post. Pang did the regex stuff; I did the rest.

Older quotes won't be hyperlinked.
If a post is quoted manually, without the extra post/poster information, it will still quote normally; it just won't be linked.
