Uncertain at this point. It really depends on the Egyptian Army is loyal to the people or to the president. I say we shall know within 3 weeks at most.

PFfft past history shows that the Egyptian Army --> Military Prez. If he gives the order, they'd readily fluff the populace.

i'm happy to hear of the army telling the police where to get off while they were shooting civilians yesterday :)

I'm not following this completely, but considering that the main opposition groups have lost a bit of credibility because they hesitated too long, I don't think there's enough of an organization among the rioters to make anything worthwhile happen. If an opposition group (like the Muslim Brotherhood as an example I can think of off of the top of my head) can regain their credibility and take the lead, there might be a chance, but at the same time revolts depending on real organization are in some ways easier to take down as soon as the organization is disrupted (meaning that firebombing the main Brotherhood offices and intimidating their main supporters might be enough to shut down the riots completely in that case). So at the moment, there's nothing the government can do to stop the rioting (without bullets, anyway), but at the same time the rioters don't really have much clout anyway, and certainly don't have anything meaningful to put into place of the government if they ever did manage to put it down.

Ok at this point I changing my bet to Mubarak falling within the next 10 days at the most.

The last time Israel occupied Sinai, they found it to be strategically disadvantageous. Not really sure why, but I think it was just because it hadn't been called for in their original plans and they weren't prepared to hold it.
