Mehul sold to an Irish company called OMAC, which then handed rights to Jolt Gaming, which let it die a slow lingering death. Once they had completely sucked the life out of it, they shut it down and it was resurrected by Pangaea & Co as Earth Empires. :D

I wasn't around for the handing over to Jolt... but I thought it was a bad move all the same.
